Yolanda Romero Ortuño, mezzosoprano

Born in Barcelona, he studies a degree of flute and singing at the Municipal Conservatory of Music in Barcelona, where he obtains the degree of medium degree. Later, he earned a degree in Environmental Sciences from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. Later the study of the song continues receiving the advice of Margarida Lladó and Marta Mathéu, combining the occupations of ambientologist and singer.
He has collaborated with various choirs and vocal groups, including Xantria, the Francesc Valls Chamber Choir of the Cathedral of Barcelona, Ensemble O Vos Omnes, GAC and Bach Zum Mitsingen.
He has been awarded at the heart of the Association of Friends of the Opera of Sabadell on the 2014-2015 course.
He has received advices for interpretation and scene by Ada Andrés, and in the field of lied he has received advice from Ruth Ziesak, Assumpta Mateu and Francisco Poyato.
He has recorded “Misses and motets” by Joan Cererols in 2007 (Mà de Guido).
